Arr. Delhi Delhi - Udaipur by train ( Mewar Exp. 2963 1900/0700+1)

It bears the name of 85,000 Indian Army soldiers who died in the campaigns of W W I, the North-West Frontier.
Qutab Minar - It is nearly 73 metres high and tapers from a 15- metre - diameter base to just 2.5 metres at the top. Later proceed to Railway station to catch the train (MEWAR EXP. 2963) to Udaipur. Overnight on Board.
Assistance on arrival at Railway station. Proceed to hotel in Udaipur. Later visit Udaipur city covering the sightseeings , City palace, Jagdish Temple, Sahelion ki bari (Queen's resort for her friends) and view Puppet show at Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk art museum).Visit largest collection of crystalware and crystal beds in the crystal gallery at Fatehprakash Palace.Visit Vintage car collection of the King of Udaipur.Take a boat ride on picturesque Lake Pichola and visit Jagmandir and a palace built within the lake and can be reached only by a boat.Drive back to hotel. Udaipur -Deogarh ( 240kms. approx/ 05hrs.) :
After breakfast at hotel, drive to Ranakpur (90kms.approx.from Udaipur by drive). Ranakpur is tucked away in a remote valley in the Aravali range around 60 km north of Udaipur and boasts of one of the largest and most important Jain Temples, built during 15th century. The basement is of 48,000 sq. feet area that covers the whole complex. There are four subsidiary shrines, twenty-four pillared halls and domes supported by over four hundred columns. The total number of columns is 1,444 all of which are intricately carved with no two being alike. The artistically carved nymphs. playing the flute in various dance postures at a height of 45 feet are an interesting sight. In the assembly hall, there are two big bells weighing 108 kg whose sound echoes in the entire complex.

Deogarh - Jaipur ( 160kms. approx. / 03hrs) :
In the morning visit Deogarh Mahal - standing proudly atop a hill in the Aravali mountain range amidst picturesque landscapes and numerous lakes. Rawat Dwarka Dasji built Deogarh Mahal in 1670 A.D as a family residence. The Mahal is an outstanding work of architectural splendor, replete with graying battlements, domes, turrets, jharokhas and huge gateways. Avail Bulllock cart ride to a nearby fort nestled in a lake.
Now proceed to Jaipur - the pink city or Rajasthan. En route visit Ajmer - Ajmer is known for the Dargah (the burial place) of Khwaja Moin-ud-din Chishti, a famous Sufi saint and is the most visited dargah in India. Also visit Pushkar-famous world over for the biggest camel fair in India and the lake around which all celebrations take place. Reach Jaipur.Overnight in Jaipur.

Fullday Jaipur city tour -Amber Fort with Elephant Ride, City Palace - occupies a large area divided into a series of courtyards, gardens & buildings and a perfect blend of Rajasthani & Mughal architecture, Jantar Mantar - This is the largest and the best preserved of the five observatories built by Jai Singh II in different parts of the country. Jaipur - Ranthambhore ( 140kms. approx./ 03 hrs.)
After breakfast drive to Ranthambore national park. check in to hotel.

Ranthambore national park is situated in Eastern Rajasthan, where the Aravali Hill ranges and the Vindhyan plateau meet, the Ranthambhore National Park was once the hunting preserve of the Maharajas of Jaipur. The rivers Chambal in the South and Banas in the North bound the Ranthambore National Park.
The landscape is dotted with ancient Banyan Trees, Dhok & Pipal trees, clusters of mango trees and crisscrossed with evergreen belts. The terrain is made up of massive rock formations, steep scarps, perennial lakes and streams and forest suddenly opening up into large areas of Savannah.
The terrain of Ranthambore Wildlife Sanctuary fluctuates between impregnable forests and open bush land. The forest is the typically dry deciduous type, with Dhok, being the most prominent tree.
Ranthambore National Park is famous for its Tigers and is a favorite with photographers. For a relatively small area, the park has a rich diversity of fauna and flora - species list includes 300 trees, 50 aquatic plants, 272 birds, 12 reptiles including the Marsh Crocodile & amphibians and 30 mammals. For the wildlife savvy, Ranthambore wildlife sanctuary today offers an intense diversity of flora and fauna. Tigers, the park's pride makes it one of the best places in the country to observe them. Apart from that a large numbers of Sambar, Chital, Nilgai, Gazzelle, Boars, Mongoose, Indian Hare, Monitor Lizards and a large number of birds.
Ranthambhore - Agra (230kms. approx./ 04:30hrs.) :
After breakfast proceed to Jungle Safari with our experienced naturalist and wild life specialist.
Drive to Agar - Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri.
Fatehpur Sikri - the deserted city .which got built by the Third Mughal ruler " Akbar " and remained as capital from 1570 until 1585 and due to the water shortage the Mughal ruler Akbar was compelled to shift his capital from Fathepur Sikri to Agra . The Important Features of the fort are Shahi Darwaza ( Kings Gate ) ,Tomb Of Sheikh Salim Chisti , Palace of Jodha Bai , Birbal Bhawan , Panch Mahal,Hide and seek Palace, Hall for the Common - Private Audience.

Agra - Orchha ( 210kms. approx. 04 hrs.) :
In the morning drive to orchha - Orchha is a medieval city founded by Bundela rulers with palaces and temples of the 16 th and 17th century - which have remarkably withstood the onslaught of time. The river Betwa pictures quely flanks the city. Beautiful Palace Complex - Jahangiri Mahal and the Raja Mahal. Closely study the intricacies of the mural paintings in the Raja Mahal and visit the Laxminarayana Temple . Overnight at hotel.
Orchha - Khajuraho (115kms. approx. / 03 Hrs.) :
Drive to Khajuraho , The legendary temples of khajuraho are an incomparable experience. Acknowledged as one of the world's artistic wonders, these temples dedicated to the Hindu pantheon of Gods are covered in carvings that are a paean to life and love. Built within a short span of a hundred years by the Chandela Rajputs, the 10th century temples lay forgotten until they were discovered in the present century. Khajuraho has achieved fame for the sensual appeal of its erotic sculptures. Arrive Khajuraho & transfer to hotel. Later explore the Western and Eastern temples of khajuraho while your guide explains the intricate meaning and legends behind each describable sculpture. Khajuraho - Varanasi by train (Guwahati Exp. : 5647 0300/0920)
